A blend of two Jamaican Rums and Neisson’s Agricole are shaken with House-made Almond Orgeat, Lime Juice, Demerara Sugar and an Orange Liqueur. Full-bodied, funky, and refreshing. Some say it’s the epitome of Tiki.
JUNGLE BIRD – 14
Santa Teresa, Bacardi Black and Jamaican rums flock together with Pineapple and Lime Juices, Demerara Sugar, and Alchermes and Gran Classico Bitter Liqueurs for a rejuvenating tropical twist on a classic. Balanced with bitterness, sweetness, and baking spices.
